photo Moguranpia is an aquarium developed from a tunnel used in an underground petroleum storage base. Moguranpia allows you to [Watch, feel and experience] within an aquarium environment. Whilst appreciating the fish you can enjoy a variety of simulations. Fish swim above you in this [Ocean World], there is 3D vision, a petroleum culture hall, and you can study about oil and see the [world of mirrors], as well as many other interesting experiences. A highlight is the [fureai suiso],an underground water tank in which you are nevertheless able to reach in and touch the fish as well as feed them.

Closed Dates/The aquarium is closed on each Monday, and from the 31st of December until the 1st of January.
Access/From JR Kuji Station: 15 minutes by bus on the Moguranpia route. From Natsui Station (located on the Sanriku Kita Rias Line): 5 minutes by car.
